The UOVC Training and Outreach team can work with you one-on-one to strengthen victim services and understand the different roles of advocates.
Available to be a resource and mentor to new advocates, smaller programs, or any victim advocate across the state. Assist programs in implementing best practices to provide trauma-informed and victim-centered services.

Customized Consultation and Collaborative Support
In addition to our public-facing presentations, the UOVC Training and Outreach team provides customized support and specialized training sessions tailored to the specific needs of organizations or collaborative groups:
- Community Organizations and Coordinated Response Teams: We assist local organizations in strategic planning, resource mapping, joint training initiatives, and the development of cohesive, community-wide responses to victimization, fostering robust inter-agency partnerships.

Advocate Connect
The Timpanogos Legal Center, Utah Crime Victims Legal Clinic, and Utah Office for Victims of Crime hold a monthly virtual roundtable for advocates to discuss shared challenges, resources for cases, and find trauma-informed solutions. Advocates can attend this open forum to bring questions and share their expertise. This is for those that work or volunteer for a government or non-profit agency serving victims of crime. Advocate Connect is held the 2nd Monday every month via zoom at 2:00 pm MST.Concern Center
Add your agency to the Concern Center, this application is a product of Utah Office of Victims of Crime and is designed to help find on- and off-site resources based on various concerns and zip code.
