Grant Programs Overview

About UVSP Funding

The Utah Victim Services Program (UVSP) provides state funding to support core services for crime victims across Utah. Funding was appropriated by the Utah State Legislature beginning July 1, 2023, to help ensure victims have access to consistent services statewide.

UVSP funding supports programs that provide criminal justice advocacy, legal services for crime victims, and services for underserved populations. These programs help victims navigate the justice system, access legal protections, and receive support tailored to their needs.
