VAWA Funding / Implementation Plan

The Utah Office for Victims of Crime (UOVC) is the administering agency tasked with the development of the  Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) Implementation Plan. The Implementation Plan is a comprehensive statewide plan that outlines funding priorities and strategies for the Services, Training, Officers and Prosecutors Violence Against Women grant program to enhance responses to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence.

This plan will be utilized for the time period in which the federal 2022 - 2025 awards are administered.
