PMT Reporting Issues/GMS Update

October 24, 2022

Greetings,

I hope you all are doing well and gearing up for the holidays. I just wanted to touch base with you all regarding some issues we’ve found while reviewing the quarterly PMT reports. We have noticed that the “Other” category has been largely overused and often used incorrectly. Classifying victimizations in this manner largely skews our federal reporting. I have attached a word document that talks about this in detail, as well as what is and is not supposed to be listed under the “Other” category.

I realize that many of you have already submitted your PMT report for this current quarter, if you would like to have it sent back, please contact your grant analyst. If you have any questions regarding the PMT report in general, please contact your grant analyst.

I also wanted to give a brief update about the system upgrades in our GMS system. We are still in the testing phase of this process. I just wanted to remind everyone to not login or use the GMS system until further notice, but we are still planning on that being fully operational by November 7th.
