For the past several months, we have been working with developers to update our GMS to fix known bugs/issues and to better improve processes. The time has come for the developers to implement these changes There will be no access to the GMS from 10/17/22 – 11/1/22.
UOVC will then need an additional week to assemble and distribute training modules for the updates to the payment process, amendment process, and reporting process.
This means that the last date to submit a payment request is Wednesday, Oct 12th. If your payment is not submitted by that date, you will NOT be able to submit for reimbursement (or be paid) until mid November.
We anticipate you will be able to resume all system functions by 11/7/2022. If there are any changes to this timeline, UOVC will notify you as soon as possible.
We will be extending deadlines for payment requests and quarterly progress reports until 11/30/2022. Your PMT report is still due on 10/31/2022 as that is a different system.
You will be hearing from us regarding the training modules for the updates as soon as possible. We realize this is a short turnaround time for billings and apologize for the inconvenience.
