Safe At Home

Utah’s Safe at Home Program will be available to survivors of domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, and sexual assault who are afraid that they will be in danger if their perpetrator knows where they live. The program will provide a substitute address and mail forwarding for survivors living in Utah. Under Utah law, all state and local government agencies must accept a program participant’s substitute address. This program is meant to enhance a comprehensive safety plan and increase survivor safety.
It is anticipated that Safe at Home will be available to survivors in late 2023. Check this website for updates or email SafeAtHome@utah.gov with questions. For other resources currently available to survivors of domestic violence, contact the Utah Domestic Violence Coalition at www.udvc.org.
